For many years I ignored the effects of a road accident in France. I thought it was ‘old age’ that was causing progressive stoop, an aching back and stiffening knees. A very good friend of mine persuaded me to visit Alison at the Bridge House Clinic. At my first visit Alison managed to convince me that she could help me overcome the problems. Two years later this has certainly proved to be true. A session with Emma the podiatrist revealed some problems with my feet which, two years on, have improved considerably. A few months ago Alison suggested that I should try Pilates. I have really enjoyed my sessions with Emma and now with Lauren. I have learned so much about my body and how it should work!
The great advantage to patients attending the Bridge House Clinic is that all the clinicians work together to treat the body as a whole. They work together, talk together and share their expertise with each other and the patient.
